BTSG "MiniPlayer" Automation
Budget Automation Software
Starting @ Just $299.00
The BTSG "MiniPlayer Automation" does full Music on Hard Drive with overlap, Satellite Automation, and Live Assist, or any combination of the three for under 3 hundred bucks! The capabilities of the system are listed below. If it is not in this description, the program does not do it. Please see minimum hardware requirements listed below.
Use simple Drag & Drop Playlist creation to create a program log in just seconds. ANYONE can create a log for full-featured operation in virtually no time at all!.
Runs on Windows* 95, 98, 2000, and XP Pro
You can be up and running in less than 30 minutes...guaranteed! *

You will not find a system that is easier to setup and operate anywhere!
Support:
You get "Free Level" Tech Support for one year!*
Satellite:
The system can operate a single Satellite network such as a Satellite
music network, using our optional IO Module, and Audio Switcher. You can
also run your network audio through the computer sound card for
switching if desired provided that your card has a standard Windows
Mixer.
True Rotating
Liners and IDs:
Use Satellite
closures to
trigger your local breaks, station ID, liners, jingles, etc. IDs and
Liners are true rotating lists that have a virtually unlimited number of
cuts to give you a new cut each time you get a satellite closure. The
lists rotate to the next cut each time one plays and then they start
over from the top again when the list plays the last cut. The Satellite
ID & Liner Lists may also be used when in MOHD mode for rotating audio
cut lists to give you the ability to insert an ID or liner marker, and
get a fresh cut each time it plays.
The system can use
Stopset, ID and up to 6 liner-jingle closures from your Satellite
network by using one of our optional I/O Modules**. It DOES NOT do
switching based on time Only. It Requires Satellite Closures for
all Satellite Operation. If you need Timed Switching, you need
Generation IV
Multi-Mode
Playback:
The system will play a single file at a time, or will play continuously
until it encounters a break marker. Setting up segments is as easy as
inserting a Break marker. Setting up a satellite break is as easy as
inserting either a Net Breakaway marker or Net Rejoin marker in the log,
all from a mouse click!
Logging:
With the Logging Feature enabled, the system will keep an As Run Log of
cuts played, giving you the exact date time and cut number for billing &
play verification purposes.
The system also logs satellite closures with the date, time, and which
function was triggered, for troubleshooting your network feed.
Playlists:
Create any number of program logs for use. There are no limits as to
how many logs you can create and use. Loading a log is as simple as a
button click. Creating a new one is just that simple too. Edit the log
right on the operating screen for last minute changes. You can even
reposition files in the list by simply grabbing them with your mouse and
dropping them where you want them to be.
Once a list is
created, you can randomize the music list and save it again with a new
name to give you a fresh rotation from each list. The randomization
process can even be done on a music list that is already playing!
Inserting
Satellite break markers for rejoin and breakaway
are as simple as clicking where you want them in the log and the
selecting the desired function. A Rejoin marker is for returning
to the satellite network after a local break, and will automatically
turn the network back on, recue the system and await the next closure.
The breakaway, does the reverse when it receives the closure from your
network. It turns the network off and fires the playlist, playing
your local spots until it hits either a rejoin marker, or if network is
ended for the session, it will just continues to play whatever you have
in the log. (Note: the MiniPlayer supports a single satellite network.
For more networks, you will need to use our
Generation IV system.
Inserting
local break-in markers for MOHD/Live Assist operation
as just as easy. When the program reaches a break-in marker, it will
allow the current cut to finish, then stop play and re-cue to the next
cut after the marker waiting for you to tell it to start again, by
clicking play.
You can
use the program like a cart machine for live assist operation by simply
inserting break-ins between stopsets.
Single
Play or Continuous Play Modes:
The program will either play a single cut one at a time and cue to the
next one when finished, or it will run in continuous play mode for
Satellite, MOHD, or Live Assist. Selecting play mode is as easy as
clicking the option box on the screen.
The
system will do nice smooth overlapping play from cut to cut, and the
overlap is adjustable by the user.
It will do things that you cannot do with systems that cost thousands of
bucks more!
It can play wav, mp2, and mp3 files on standard sound cards*, and
without codecs or plugins! No other file formats can be used.
Others
offer software in the price range of the MiniPlayer, but they do not
offer Satellite operation, do not give you phone support, and do not
have the years of reliable field operation behind them that our systems
do.
